Placement Process Starts from the Very First Day of Admission!
At SSGI we foster a climate where collaboration with industry thrives, generating both breakthrough researches and the professional knowledge that can support continuous innovation and growth. The training and placement cell at SSGI maintains and nurtures the Academia Industry Interaction. It is sensitized to function throughout the year towards generating placement opportunities for the students. The cell keeps inviting various reputed companies for campus recruitment at the Institute for our students.
The cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process and makes arrangement for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions. Reputed corporate houses across the country visit our institute regularly for the campus recruitment drives.

AT SSGI, we train our students differently so that they stand different. The differentiating force that shapes our future managers as per the requirements of the modern corporate world is Employability Enhancement Programme (EEP), which is a Multi Dimensional “Training & Skill Development Program” designed and developed in close collaboration with the institutes of International repute and excellence; FMS (BHU) & IIM-L. Our focus at SSGI is not to produce mere management graduates but to produce employable management graduates who stand a class apart. Our EEP Programme is divided into three modules that focus on developing three major core competency areas of our students. These modules are:
Employability Enhancement Program I an intense Computer Skill Training Programme that focuses on imparting the Fundamental Computer Knowledge deemed essential for the working and operations of the modern computer world.
Employability Enhancement Program II a rigorous personality development training and soft skill development programme that aims at enhancing the English & Soft Skills of the students so that they stand at par with the soft skill benchmarks of the corporate world. The programme covers a various key areas of our future managers.
Employability Enhancement Program III concentrates on development of right Aptitude (Job Oriented Skills) among our budding managers and entrepreneurs. Aptitude is basically defined as an innate, learned or acquired ability of an individual to perform certain task. Aptitude tests today have become the call of the hour and they squeeze many factors like numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, abstract reasoning, speed, accuracy, abilities and more out of the students.

Students are actively involved in many activities that prepare them for “real-world” business challenges, interfacing with both corporate and industry. This ensures that our students have the opportunity to experience the industry through workshops, internships, communication & personality development modules and project work. On-the-job experience is of critical importance in the industry, and our guest faculties, who are professionals practicing management, enhances the learning process with invaluable insight into today’s hard core competitive era.
